Below is the number of days blocked for clients when they select the start date during the onboarding flow for the top 30 countries (reviewed in Q2 2024 and implemented 08/07/2024) + 6 added in Q3.
The different timeframes are due to country-specific onboarding processes and requirements, such as mandatory registration with the local authorities x days before the start date, required medical check-up before the start date, requirement for wet-ink signature or mandatory agreemets between WM and client (DA/DSA/Assignment Agreement, etc.).
For the 8 countries where 10 or more days are blocked, the platform also includes an educational component informing clients about the specific reasons.
CTT is the Contract Turnaround Time, also known as Contract Sharing Time. This is the number of working days needed to share the contract draft with the talent (or client, in case they request to see it first), counting from the moment the talent completes the data collection and provided that there are no custom change requests.
First Start Date Allowed reflects the total onboarding time, i.e. the number of working days needed to complete all onboarding actions, also counting from the moment the talent completes the data collection, and also provided that there are no custom change requests.
