Earlier, the only way to search for a specific employee or look up was by name, and names are not the best when dealing with a large number of employees, so we needed to generate a unique identifier for each employee
What is the employee's unique ID?
Each employee has a unique ID generated after they finish their data collection.
Platform users (Admins & HR Managers) can view the employee ID in the employee profile, as shown in the image below.
