PGC does not provide or administer stock options for workers in the United States. If the Client wishes to grant stock options, this must be arranged directly between the Client and the employee, as PGC cannot facilitate or manage equity-related matters.
Alternatively, the Client may offer the talent a contractual stipend. Please note that any such stipend would be treated as taxable income and processed through payroll on a monthly basis
