The talent will receive all the required information for the benefits during his Welcome Call with the GoGlobal United States Local Representative and while being onboarded onto the payroll and benefits platform.

Once registered on the platform, The talent will have the option to choose the medical benefits plan. The 401(k) plan will also be managed within this platform, and The talent will receive instructions on how to register closer to their 90-day mark.

In the United States, employees have 30 days from their hire date to select a health plan. Under GoGlobal’s plan rules, the employer cannot choose a plan on behalf of the employee. The employee may select any of the available plans, so the decision does not need to be made in advance.

All three plans will be offered during the enrollment and the employer needs to cover 50% of the employee’s premium and 25% of the premium for any dependents, regardless of the selected plan.

  • Health Insurance: Employees are eligible from their start date. They will be provided with plan options and will enroll through GoGlobal. Based on their selection, GoGlobal will add the health insurance costs to the monthly invoices. The employer will be billed for 50% of the employee's premium and 25% of the premiums for any dependents under the health plan. Employees will be responsible for covering dental, vision, life, and critical illness plans, as well as the remaining portion of the health plan. the contribution amounts cannot be changed.

  • 401(k) Contribution: No action is required as the 401(k) is a mandatory benefit at GoGlobal in the United States, and employees are automatically enrolled after 90 days. The employer will be billed for a fixed percentage of 3% non-matching contribution each month. the contribution amounts cannot be changed.
