No.

Currently, WM Ukraine is not registered as a company that is obliged to submit any reports to the Military Service. That means that we are not applying any info about the current employees or new ones.

Extra information:

The fines for not keeping military records are rather small, so part of the legal entities in Ukraine decide not to register and do not keep it, so as not to draw attention to their employees.

Thus, in case there will be specific request to the company from Military authorities for the checking and they will pay attention that the company hasn't been registered, there are only those fines mentioned in the overview will apply and there will be a requirement to register during certain period and start administration of military records.

In case, if a decision is made by WM to start keeping military records, then this is a separate section of the work, according to which reports, lists of persons liable for military service are submitted, any change in data on an employee (admission, dismissal, place of residence, education, marital status) will have to be notified to the Military authorities within seven days.

Nowadays the maintenance of military records has not been transferred to electronic form, and the processes of submitting reports, lists are physically submitted to the Military authorities.
