All talents already holding a visa will need to cancel it and apply for a TXM-sponsored visa.

No cancellation is required for the Golden visa and dependent visa, where a work permit change is possible.

All employees will be mobilised by TXM onto 2 Year Employment Visas (one-year visa is possible, see below) – the cost for the visa is inclusive of

  • Visa processing and stamping

  • Medical fitness test

  • Emirates I.D

  • Visa Cancellation.

New Requirement: Skilled Visa Criteria

  • Definition of Skilled Visa

  • A visa/work permit is classified as “skilled” based on:

  • MOHRE occupational classification (Skill Levels 1–5)

  • Approved job title/designation under MOHRE

  • 👉 Salary (typically AED 4,000+) may support classification but is not the determining factor

Eligibility Requirements for Skilled Visa

  • To apply under a skilled category, the employee must provide:

  • Attested university degree certificate

  • Academic transcripts / marksheets (mandatory)

  • 👉 A degree certificate alone is not sufficient

Attestation Requirements (For Overseas Education)

  • If the qualification was obtained outside the UAE, documents must be:

  • Attested in the issuing country (including UAE Embassy, where applicable)

  • Further attested by UAE MOFA

Important Scope Clarification

  • These requirements apply only to skilled visa/work permit applications

  • They are not required for unskilled categories

  • Always confirm with TXM whether the role falls under a skilled category

  • 👉 For employees without required documents, alternative job titles (non-skilled categories) may be used - subject to partner confirmation

Fees

  • Visa (2 years): 5000 AED (to be paid once the process is completed)

  • Please note that for certain nationalities (e.g. Syrian), visa applications undergo additional background checks, and there’s a possibility that immigration may reject the visa due to “security reasons. For Syria it is likely that the visa will be rejected. We can proceed with initiating the visa process, though there is no certainty of approval. If the application is rejected, this will be identified at the entry permit stage, by which point AED 1900 would already be spent. If approved, he should confirm any specific requirements he needs to fulfil for travel from both his country of residence and his home country."

  • Visa renewal: 3500 AED. TXM will notify WM one month before visa expiry, and based on WM's response on whether to renew or cancel, TXM will proceed.

  • Work Permit only: 1000 AED (to be paid once the process is completed)

  • Temporary work permit (3 or 6 months): 500 AED (to be paid once the process is completed)
