As per UAE Law, the annual leave eligibility for both Golden Work Permit holders and employment visa holders is set to 30 days by default. This is preferred, so please check if client can agree to it.
However, if preferred, we can modify the TXM contract to reflect X working days. This adjustment would exclude weekends (Saturday and Sunday) that fall during the leave period.
