Step 1 – Offer Letter Requirements
WorkMotion must provide:
Clear scanned passport copy (full document including outer cover)
Salary details (basic + allowances breakdown)
Proposed notice period (1–3 months)
Probation period (0–6 months)
Working days (5 or 6 days)
Standard Contract Terms
Annual leave: 30 days
Working hours: 8 hours/day
⚠️ Working Time Rule
Both 5-day and 6-day workweeks are allowed
Total working hours must not exceed 48 hours per week
otherwise, overtime rates apply
Step 2 – Required Documents for Visa Processing
Mandatory / commonly required:
Signed offer letter
Clear passport copy (full scan)
Clear colored HD photo (white background)
Current visa / cancellation / visit visa (if applicable)
UAE mobile number & email
Conditional (based on case):
Attested degree + transcripts (for skilled visa)
National ID (specific nationalities)
ILOE certificate (if already registered)
UAE national documents (if applicable)
Skilled Visa
Based on:
MOHRE classification (Skill Levels 1–5)
Approved job title
Requirements:
Attested degree certificate (degree alone is not sufficient)
Academic transcripts / marksheets
Unskilled Visa
Used where degree documentation is not available
