In the UAE, the employee can legally work for the company that sponsored the employee (Visa) + provided the work permit. If the Client's details are not reflected on the Visa, a quote must be provided to the client on the visa costs before issuing the offer letter. The details of the company/ person sponsoring the visa will appear on the EE's existing Visa. The sponsor details will be mentioned on the visa of the employee. For the visa issued from our end, it will be mentioned as "Sponsored by Connect Resources."
Only a work permit will be required if the EE has a valid visa.
