There is no additional compensation for PTO in Turkey. Leave is reported and the annual vacation entitlement reduces. Employees are paid as normal while taking PTO.
At the end of employment, any unused PTO is processed within the final salary payment as long as this is provided during the offboarding process.
This payment is displayed on the payslip as " Yıllık İzin Ücreti"
