What types of documents might talents need for a Business or Tourist Visa application in Turkey?

There are two types of documents typically requested by the Consulate during visa applications:

  1. Company Documents

  2. Talent-Related Documents

1. COMPANY DOCUMENTS

  1. Activity Certificate Issued by chambers of commerce or trade registries, this document verifies that a business is engaged in commercial operations. It is commonly required for banking, government dealings, tenders, and contracts.

  2. Signature Circular

  3. Tax Certificate Issued by Turkish tax authorities, this document certifies the holder's tax compliance. It includes key details such as the taxpayer ID, name, and tax amounts.

  4. Turkish Trade Registry Gazette An official publication managed by chambers of commerce, containing legal announcements and changes related to businesses, ensuring public transparency and compliance.

2. Talent-Related Documents

Talents must also provide the following:

  1. NOC (No Objection Certificate): The LCS team can provide the appropriate draft based on the visa type:

Note: NOC documents are issued only to talents, not to their family members.

  1. Signed & Stamped Payslips:

  • The LCS team should arrange for Jan to sign the payslips electronically using our recognized Turkish vendor.   • Once signed, the LCS team shares the payslips with HR Lead to coordinate with the payroll vendor for printing, stamping, and couriering the documents to the talent.

Delivery options:

  1. In-Person Collection: The talent can visit the payroll office to collect the documents (Address mentioned above)

  2. Cash-on-Delivery Service: The payroll vendor can send the documents via a cash-on-delivery service, with the talent covering the cost. The average shipping cost is 300 TRY, though the exact amount may vary.
