As part of our standard compliance process, every client must have their payment profile approved by Nium, our payment provider. Occasionally, our payment provider may decline a profile after completing their internal compliance checks.

Unfortunately, this is not something we can override internally, as it’s tied to Nium’s compliance policies. That means we won’t be able to proceed with the Contractor Solution under this profile.
