At WorkMotion, we believe in clear, straightforward, transparent pricing with no hidden fees or surprises.
We offer a volume-based pricing model based on the total number of talents you have on our platform, meaning we combine your Employer of Record and Direct Hiring talents to determine your tier. The more talents you have, the lower the cost per talent becomes. So, as your team scales, you automatically unlock significant savings.
You'll have complete transparency upfront, no surprises down the line, just clear pricing from the start. You'll know exactly what you will be paying, so you can budget with confidence.
EOR Pricing Plans
We offer three simple tiers: The "Growth" tier is perfect for small teams with 1-4 talents, at a competitive price of €649 per talent per month. As your team blossoms and you have 5-30 talents, you'll automatically move to the "Accelerate" tier, where the price drops to €599 per talent per month. And when your team experiences hyper-growth and reaches over 31 talents, you'll unlock the "Amplify" tier with an even lower price of €549 per talent per month.

Onboarding fee
At WorkMotion, we prioritise a smooth and successful onboarding because it sets the foundation for a thriving partnership.
To achieve this, we've assembled a dedicated team of experts who will guide you every step of the way. They'll ensure a seamless transition for both you and your talent, allowing everyone to hit the ground running. To empower this personalised support, we have a one-time onboarding fee of €499 per talent.
We understand you might be comparing options. While some providers may not mention an onboarding fee upfront, those costs often come in the form of limited support or hidden charges, making it difficult to compare true value.
With WorkMotion, you benefit from complete transparency. You'll know exactly what you're getting upfront, including access to our dedicated team who will ensure a seamless experience for everyone involved.
Special Country Fee
While our pricing is straightforward, there's a special fee in a few select countries with particularly complex labour laws. Think of it like navigating a challenging terrain – it requires extra expertise to ensure a smooth journey.
This €100 monthly fee applies only to those specific countries and covers the additional resources needed to guarantee compliance and keep everything running smoothly. So, you can rest assured knowing your team is fully compliant even in the trickiest locations.
We believe in transparency, so you'll never encounter hidden fees or unexpected charges. Unlike some service providers who might bundle these costs into their overall pricing, thereby increasing the price even in countries where the process is not as complex.
Remember, this fee only applies to a handful of countries, and the vast majority of your talents won't be impacted. So, rest easy knowing that your team is fully compliant, no matter where they're based.
Security Funds
Next is the security funds section. We understand transparency is key, and we want to assure you that these funds are not an additional cost, but rather a safety net for everyone involved. Importantly, these funds remain yours. They are not used by WorkMotion unless needed for the specific purposes outlined.
Think of them as a shared pool of resources that benefits everyone.
Deposit
Our deposit is pretty straightforward but it's very important to ensure everything runs smoothly for both you and your talent. It helps mitigate risk in case of any unforeseen hiccups, like a late invoice payment, the deposit helps us guarantee your talents still get their salaries on time. As we take our responsibility for their salaries seriously.
It’s a one-time, refundable deposit that is calculated based on the total employment cost and the minimum legal notice period in the respective country. The minimum deposit is one month's salary, rounded up to the nearest €500.
If you decide to extend the notice period beyond the legal minimum, the deposit amount will simply adjust accordingly. We'll let you know upfront about the slightly higher deposit. For example, if you set a 3-month notice period, the deposit would reflect that extended timeframe.
In some rare cases, the legal notice period in certain countries might already be longer than one month. In those instances, the deposit would naturally be higher to reflect that longer timeframe.
Think of it as a security deposit for your peace of mind. It's there to protect your talents because, as their legal employer, we've got their backs. Even if there's a delay in payment, your Talent’s will always get their salaries on time, no matter what.
And the best part? The deposit is fully refunded. So, if you ever need to off-board your talent or they resign, you'll get your deposit back in full.
It's all about keeping things running smoothly and ensuring everyone's happy.
Severance Accrual (Short Version)
Severance Accrual has been designed to protect valuable customers like you. As you may know, some countries have complex regulations around employment termination and severance packages. To prevent any shock final invoices, WorkMotion will now steadily accrue funds at a rate of 6.5% of your talents' monthly salary.
Consider this monthly allocation an insurance policy on our end, intended to mitigate any financial risks down the road for you. The small monthly allocation builds up supportively like a rainy day fund, available whenever needed. And the great news is that any unused balance gets reimbursed back to you at the end of the employment contract.
Our priority with this protective accrual account is purely your continued peace of mind and positive experience. We’ll handle calculating the precise accrual amounts in alignment with local regulations and your talents' unique situation. You simply enjoy the same outstanding WorkMotion service, now with extra assurance that we have you fully covered should termination complexities arise.
DH Pricing Plans
Direct Hiring pricing works in the same way as Employer of Record, volume-based pricing model based on the total number of talents you have on our platform

There is a one-time registration fee which typically starts at €999 and covers the Direct Hiring registration process.

We'll provide a detailed quote upfront, accounting for any local requirements like translations, so you have a clear picture of the total cost.
