In a few markets such as Belgium and France, the price can go up to a maximum of €699. This structure means you only pay for what is required locally, not a blanket rate that includes costs you do not need. It gives you full transparency and predictable budgeting.

DIRECT HIRING PRICING

Direct Hiring is priced at a simple flat €399 per month in every country. You are the legal employer, and we guide you through local requirements. The flat pricing keeps things straightforward and makes planning easy, with no surprises in your monthly costs.

DIRECT HIRING REGISTRATION + FEES

Direct Hiring includes a one time registration fee starting at €999. This covers the entire registration process for becoming an employer in that country. You always receive a clear quote upfront, including any local steps such as translations or notarisation, so you know the full cost before we move ahead.

OFFBOARDING & EXTRA FEES

We keep offboarding costs clear and simple. For the EOR, the fee is €399 for all scenarios, with an additional €100 if you initiate the termination or if it happens before the start date. For Direct Hiring, the offboarding fee is €149. If any country requires additional steps, we tell you in advance. No hidden extras.
