Context
To ensure WorkMotion secures Trade Credit Insurance from Allianz, our standard procedure requires all new clients to undergo a verification process. During this process, a score is generated, and based on this assessment, cover is either approved or declined. In instances where cover is declined or a high score is assigned, additional information may be required from the client. In certain cases, an extra deposit may also be requested to proceed.

VERSION 1
I am reaching out to provide an update regarding the ongoing Know your business (KYB) process. We have thoroughly reviewed all information on your organisation available to us, and while we have made progress, a few details have been flagged that we are actively working to resolve.
As WorkMotion assumes all the rights and obligations of being the legal employer for your talents, ensuring a positive talent experience and strict compliance is paramount to us. This commitment is crucial in maintaining our reputation as a trusted employer in over 160 countries.
After carefully exploring various options, we believe that requesting an additional month's deposit is the most effective way to safeguard your talent's employment rights and ensure a smooth process moving forward. I want to reassure you that we are fully committed to finding the best solutions for everyone involved.
I understand that this request might come as a surprise and was not part of the initial plan. However, this extra step is vital for us to continue delivering the exceptional service you deserve. It reflects our dedication to complying with global labour laws and ensuring everything is perfectly aligned for your team's seamless integration.
Please know that we're here to support you every step of the way, and we're determined to make this process as stress-free as possible for you. If you have any questions or concerns at all, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Your understanding and cooperation are truly appreciated.
