If a talent wishes to retain their laptop and the client agrees to this arrangement, the client can apply a net deduction equivalent to the laptop’s value through payroll.
To facilitate this, the vendor should be provided with a document from WorkMotion outlining the deduction.
This document must be signed by both WorkMotion and the employee to confirm their agreement to the deduction. The signatures can be obtained via DocuSign.
