The employee can terminate the contract by giving notice. Notice must be given in writing and delivered to the WM, otherwise it is considered invalid. Employee must deliver the resignation letter via registered (tracked) delivery post. Given the requirement for registered (tracked) delivery, the employee will receive automatic confirmation of delivery. Therefore, we do not need to make additional steps to confirm the receipt of the resignation.
