1. Check with the Client and confirm the following:
No conflict of interest: The side job does not conflict with the talent's role at the client company.
No negative impact: The side job does not affect the talent’s performance or responsibilities.
2. Inform the Partner: Let the partner know that the client has approved. Ask the partner to issue the document, if legally allowed.
The document is signed only by the partner. No signature is required from the talent or the client.
