Before processing a Resignation request, verify the following exclusion criteria in Salesforce.
Initial Review (Step 1):
Read the full ticket.
Check: Request type, User role, urgency, Talent ID, date of request, Talent status/state.
Assess context and resignation effective date.
Flag for human ticket review if ANY of the following apply:
Immediate resignation (no notice period or same-day resignation)
Hostile, aggressive, or concerning language in the resignation message
Talent is employed with an EOR partner instead of a WorkMotion entity
Talent is under the service:
Contractor
Direct Hiring
Talent status is NOT “Employed Live”
Talent is not the Salesforce ticket submitter
If any of the above conditions are met, the case must be excluded from automated handling and routed for human review.
