Before processing a Resignation request, verify the following exclusion criteria in Salesforce.

Initial Review (Step 1):

  • Read the full ticket.

  • Check: Request type, User role, urgency, Talent ID, date of request, Talent status/state.

  • Assess context and resignation effective date.

Flag for human ticket review if ANY of the following apply:

  • Immediate resignation (no notice period or same-day resignation)

  • Hostile, aggressive, or concerning language in the resignation message

  • Talent is employed with an EOR partner instead of a WorkMotion entity

  • Talent is under the service:

  • Contractor

  • Direct Hiring

  • Talent status is NOT “Employed Live”

  • Talent is not the Salesforce ticket submitter

If any of the above conditions are met, the case must be excluded from automated handling and routed for human review.
