As a general rule, an employer based in Poland is obliged to notify the labour office - register employment of a Ukrainian citizen - within 14 days of the date on which the Ukrainian starts work.
Hence it is mandatory for the Payroll team to inform the Payroll vendor as soon as the Ukrainian Resident starts their work in WorkMotion Poland.
