All Employees in the Philippines are required to undergo a pre-employment medical examination before they can sign the employment contract and commence work.

  • The report will take about 3-5 working days to be ready.

Here are the essential 5 pre-employment medical exams that we are required to keep as a record:

  1. Complete blood count

  2. Urinalysis (urine examination)

  3. Fecalysis (stool examination)

  4. Chest x-ray

  5. Certificate or clearance from a doctor/physician, indicating their fit to work

  • The medical exam should be handled and scheduled by the partner.

  • The employee can go to any Hi-Precision branch that offers such checks and claim the expenses from the client.

  • If the worker is covered under the GG insurance plan, they can coordinate by reaching out to the worker directly and providing a letter allowing them to attend their medical checks.

Supplementary Insurance is attached for reference, if the client agrees to enrol the talent.
