Before processing a Personal Details Change request, verify the following exclusion criteria in Salesforce.
This use case only applies if ALL conditions below are met:
User role = Talent
Talent country of employment is NOT India
Talent status = “Contract Signed”
Talent state = “Employed Live”
Talent product = Employer of Record
The requested change is one of the eligible self-service updates listed below.
Exclude the case if ANY of the following apply:
The user role is NOT Talent
Talent country of employment is India
Talent status is NOT “Contract Signed” AND state is not “Employed Live”
The request is to change:
Email address
Country
Any item NOT listed below
Eligible self-service changes:
Full name
Address
Phone number
Gender
Emergency contact details
Bank account information (IBAN, BIC, bank name, account number, account holder)
If any exclusion criteria are met, the case must not be handled under the Personal Details Change self-service use case.
