Before processing a Personal Details Change request, verify the following exclusion criteria in Salesforce.

This use case only applies if ALL conditions below are met:

  • User role = Talent

  • Talent country of employment is NOT India

  • Talent status = “Contract Signed”

  • Talent state = “Employed Live”

  • Talent product = Employer of Record

  • The requested change is one of the eligible self-service updates listed below.

Exclude the case if ANY of the following apply:

  • The user role is NOT Talent

  • Talent country of employment is India

  • Talent status is NOT “Contract Signed” AND state is not “Employed Live”

  • The request is to change:

  • Email address

  • Country

  • Any item NOT listed below

Eligible self-service changes:

  • Full name

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Gender

  • Emergency contact details

  • Bank account information (IBAN, BIC, bank name, account number, account holder)

If any exclusion criteria are met, the case must not be handled under the Personal Details Change self-service use case.
