The following requests can be handled under Login Issues - Salesforce Autodraft:

  • Password reset

  • Invite Line Manager (access/invitation issues)

  • Browser-related issues (e.g., platform not loading, compatibility issues, cache/cookie problems)

If the request is related to 2FA reset, it must be routed to the appropriate team and not handled under the standard Login Issues process.

If the issue does not match the included scenarios listed above, it should be reviewed and redirected accordingly.
