Reporting sickness
In WorkMotion there is a common standard. The employees are obliged to notify the employer immediately, In case of temporary inability to work due to illness or injury.
For Sick Leave, Employee must inform us immediately about their illness or inability to work by requesting the sick leave on our platform via the Time-off feature before 10 am on the day of illness.
Doctor's note
The employee’s doctor issues the work incapacity note via electronic system.
Sick leaves are reported via state services portal.
The data about issued sick-leave e-certificates to employees’ is available for employers in the State Revenue Service’s Electronical Declaration System the next day after doctor has signed the e-certificate. Payroll has the access to it, and shall verify the absence details to secure the proper salary calculations / payments.
