Along with this letter, the new assignment letter should also be sent. It is crucial to ensure that the current assignment ends exactly one day before the new one begins—ideally at the end of the month—to avoid payroll complications.
The talent should be fully informed about the transition before receiving the letter. Additionally, a Direct Service Agreement must be signed with the new client.
