A client agreed to renew the Generali Health Insurance for all active talents in Italy.
One of the talents was not part of the original transfers, and the client preferred not to include them in the renewed coverage. In line with Italian regulations, health insurance must be offered consistently to all active talents of the same client. Selective inclusion is not permitted.
As a result, WorkMotion covered the cost for this additional individual to ensure full legal compliance. Renewal effective June 2025.
