The partner requires confirmation of the work week to be stated in the employment contract. Generally we should adopt Sunday - Thursday as the standard work week as this is common practice in Israel. The partner has however confirmed that the Client can request for a different work week and this can be stated on the contract if agreed by the EE.
Partner: Yes, most of the employees in Israel are working Sunday to Thursday, Friday – Saturday is our weekend.
It is legal and possible to work Monday to Friday too, Fridays are 1 hour less working time according to the law.
