Context: When Clients ask why IPRs in the contract refer to the Employer (Partner) as the owner.
WorkMotion has a contract in place with (Partner name) under which all intellectual property rights (IPR) derived from your talent/employee are transferred from them to WorkMotion.
These IPRs are then transferred directly to you from WorkMotion by means of the Terms and Conditions you signed with WorkMotion (article 14).

All IPR will in this way automatically belong to you the moment (Talent name) signs her/his contract with (Partner name).
