When our clients sign a group contract in order to allow several of their legal entities to hire and onboard Talents abroad, they wonder: "How does the platform setup look? Does each entity receive a separate account, or will we use one group-wide account?"

When setting up a group contract, a main platform account is created. Consequently, a sub-entity is added to the main platform account for each subsidiary that the Client would like to add. This will allow all HR users of all subsidiaries to see the following information for each sub-entity:

  • Dashboard (which will include all Talents of the group)

  • Talent information of all subsidiaries

If the Client prefers to have one platform account for each subsidiary, there is no need to sign a group contract - in this case, each subsidiary should simply create their own platform account whilst accepting the T&Cs.
