Yes, with Parakar in France, the Client must pay a home-office allowance of at least 100€ per month on top of the talent's salary. If the worker doesn't work from home, then the home office allowance will be replaced by a 50% public transport pass reimbursement + 100% reimbursement of transport and logging outside of the usual workplace. (these are, however, the general rules for office workers who go to their company’s office every day or don’t).
