Part-time contracts are possible normally only for 24h/week and above.

Under 24h/week, it has to be an employee choice (for family reasons or because they have another activity, such as studies...). The client needs to be aware that if <24h with a personal reason, the employee will be entitled to request to have their worktime increased to 24h if their personal situation changes.

Overtime is payable for every hour worked over their schedule - the schedule has to be set (eg Monday-Friday, 1pm to 5pm, or whatever), so that the employee can plan his other job or occupations accordingly.

As for full-timers :

- PEO is only compliant for autonomous consultants, ie with either a BA-level diploma or more than 3 years' experience.

- minimum pay can be prorated (these are on the basis of 35h) but still applies.
