WorkPay have recently (August 24) notified the WM talents that they offer early access to their salary payment for a preset administrative fee ( % or set fee depending on circumstances)
This has led to a number of questions from WM talents about how to use this scheme.
WorkMotion did not know about or approve the original communication to talents and asked WorkPay for more information before deciding we WOULD NOT offer this to our talents. WorkPay agreed to contact talents to advise that WM does not currently support the EWA scheme, and pay will be paid on payday as contractually due.
