All official documents in Estonia (e.g. onboarding, contract amendments, talent documentation) are executed using secure digital signatures, which are not visibly displayed on signed documents they share with us.
Signed documents do not display visible signatures in the file
This is due to Estonia’s use of secure digital signing (e.g. ID-card / residence permit-based signatures)
Viewing embedded signatures requires specialized local software, which is not typically used outside Estonia - and also not used by WorkMotion
Signature Validation
In order to prove that a document has been signed, a signature confirmation sheet is always provided by the partner. It's an add-on page to the actual document which serves as signature proof.
