I understand the interest in knowing exactly who is involved in the delivery. To protect both compliance standards and the integrity of our service, we do not share partner names during the pre-signature phase.
A core part of WorkMotion’s value lies in building and maintaining a vetted network of fully compliant Employer of Record (EOR) partners. Each partner undergoes rigorous legal and operational checks, and we actively manage the ecosystem to ensure consistent quality and compliance across all countries.
To prevent any risk of bypassing and safeguard the compliance structure, partner names are shared only after our Terms and Conditions are accepted. Once you onboard talent, full visibility is provided directly within the platform.

Manche Prospects von WorkMotion interessieren sich für die Namen der Partner, um bspw. über diese zu recherchieren.
Leider ist WorkMotion nur in der Lage, die Namen seiner Partner mit seinen Kunden zu teilen, d.h. nach der Annahme der Allgemeinen Geschäftbedingungen bei Registrierung auf der Plattform. Ein essentieller Teil des Mehrwerts von WorkMotion ist die Garantie eines rechtskonformen EOR Setups durch das Zusammenführen von qualitativ hochwertigen und bei Bedarf lizensierten lokalen Employer of Record (EOR) Anbietern. Alle Partner durchlaufen eine umfassende Compliance-Prüfung. WorkMotion muss daher sein Netzwerk von EOR-Partnern vor einer möglichen Umgehung schützen und kann daher vor Annahme des T&Cs keine Informationen über die Partner weitergeben. Nach jedem Onboarding eines Talents wird der Name des Partners auf der WorkMotion-Plattform angezeigt.
