Certificates of Conduct are not something we can provide.
Police records like the Führungszeugnis are something the Talents themselves need to apply for; the employer cannot do so. Another person can only apply for someone if they are their lawful representative (such as a parent or legal guardian).
If the client is looking for background checks on talents, this is not something we currently support.
According to the law, an employer may request only certain data from an employee, both at the recruitment stage and during employment. With regard to other data (for example, data on previous criminal records), the employer may request it only in certain cases, for example, when a specific law permits it.
