Onboarding documents required before the EE can start working:

  1. ID Card (front and back)

  2. Passport

  3. Bank statement (with bank account number, bank name, employee's name/name and house address)

  4. Passbook

  5. National Social Security Fund (NSSF) Number

  6. Proof of address (utility bill, phone bill, rental agreement, driving license, etc)

  7. Employee Resume

Kindly note that the contract and the onboarding documentation should be fully completed and shared with GG at least ±2 days before the start date to allow time for the EE’s local registration.
