This is an updated list of documents that shall be provided for onboarding:

  • Residency Certificate or Work Permit

  • The scan of an Armenian notarised translation of an international passport (in case of EAEU citizens, it is very desirable that the international passport is used, as a local passport raises many issues both for the employer and the employee)

  • The scan of the Public Services number received in Armenia

  • Registration address in Armenia (in the passport)

  • Bank account in Armenia (may be provided also after the conclusion of the EC, but not later than the 10th of the next month of the contract start date)

  • Mail and telephone number

  • Job title

  • Job start date

  • Salary in AMD (in gross or in net)

  • Bonuses in AMD, if any

  • Contract terms for Employment Contract

  • Info about remote or on-site job

  • Info whether the job is main or combined

  • Working schedule

  • Probation period

  • Yearly vacation days
