This is an updated list of documents that shall be provided for onboarding:
Residency Certificate or Work Permit
The scan of an Armenian notarised translation of an international passport (in case of EAEU citizens, it is very desirable that the international passport is used, as a local passport raises many issues both for the employer and the employee)
The scan of the Public Services number received in Armenia
Registration address in Armenia (in the passport)
Bank account in Armenia (may be provided also after the conclusion of the EC, but not later than the 10th of the next month of the contract start date)
Mail and telephone number
Job title
Job start date
Salary in AMD (in gross or in net)
Bonuses in AMD, if any
Contract terms for Employment Contract
Info about remote or on-site job
Info whether the job is main or combined
Working schedule
Probation period
Yearly vacation days
